Thanking my lucky stars

When i was young, I wanted my own Walden Pond.  Now that I'm older & wiser - I understand that Walden can be in the here and now anytime I choose.  I notice that i mainly operate on two separate levels: The higher self who is most peaceful and at ease (and making appearances more and more frequently, thankyou); knows what/who she is and what she is/shall become.  And the ego self…the one who feels inadequate, weak, small, but ultimately knows that full awareness and 100% authenticity are obtainable goals.  I am proud of the strides that i am making to live in the higher self most of the time. 

I love life and I love people (despite my chaotic and tragic childhood, i was the ever-optimist).  I also love challenge and productivity.  This world is unspeakably beautiful and yet - so young, and so slow to emerge as it's Ultimate Self.  I am fascinated by evolution and words and language, the silent power that exchanges through movement, dance, and the buzzing energy obtained through music and sound.  I also believe that music is incredibly underutilized as a language.  In that it holds amazing Power and mystery.  Participating in (call and response chant) Kirtan the last few years has been most effective in removing me from the ego-self state and elevating me to my highest self. And, i am grateful for this form of community and prayer.

We are all Creators.  And, at any time capable of miracles; witnessing, experiencing, facilitating, recording, appreciating.

I am so happy to find Zaadz. Just finding it online (by “accident”), It renews my faith and reignites my passion.
